Amnesty International has called on all United Nations (UN) members to uphold the rights to water and sanitation, after the General Assembly voted in favour of recognizing the rights.
Germany, India, China, Brazil and South Africa supported Wednesday's resolution but the UK and the US, who were among those abstaining from voting, argued that there is no legal basis for the right to water and sanitation.

However, the great power does not consider water a common good and a right of human beings. We, meanwhile, have signed the resolution for the Eradication of cluster bombs.

I wonder, there is one country, one of the owners was that the side of peace and human beings, is so important to have the power? Once they have power are truly convinced that they are close to God or even defeating him?
Abche if one is atheist or whatever, what he wants is to emulate the shape of a God that no one knows, but anything can.
